Dr. Kaitlin Dupuis has been practicing primary care, medical optimization and women’s health for over a decade. She completed her medical degree at McMaster University and her residency in Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia, where she developed a strong foundation in preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Throughout her career, Dr. Dupuis has practiced in a wide range of clinical environments, including family practice, low-risk obstetrics, surgical assisting and emergency medicine. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the full continuum of care, from acute intervention to long-term management.

Dr. Dupuis currently leads the Medical Optimization program at North Toronto Surgical, where she works closely with patients undergoing high-risk surgical procedures. Her role involves identifying and managing modifiable risk factors, such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and lifestyle-related conditions, to ensure patients are in optimal health prior to surgery. Her approach emphasizes proactive, evidence-based strategies that improve surgical outcomes and long-term health.

She also has a special interest in women’s health, with a focus on contraceptive medicine, PCOS and care across all stages of life.

Dr. Dupuis is known for her holistic and collaborative approach to care, working seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, personalized treatment.
